**Q: My mums enjoying the phone, but, if someone leaves a message or she misses a call, it flashes non stop. i know this is to alert her but how to stop it**
A: To clear flashing light you must first delete ALL text messages AND voicemails....it will only stop flashing once your Inboxes are both clear....irritating if you want to keep an e-mail or two, but I'm afraid that's just the way it's designed!!!!!

**Q: will this take a large sim card or will it need to be cut to size, if so what size does it take?**
A: takes normal old style (full) sim card

**Q: Is there a screen protector for this model please?**
A: Not to my knowledge. However, the flip top will be closed when you are not using it, so I don't think one is necessary. We have had three of these phones and never had a problem without one.

**Q: is this unlocked**
A: Mine came unlocked, able to use any SIM card. Used EE in ours
