Inspiring read about Kundalini yoga! *by K***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2014* It's a very inspiring, easy to read, colourful, uplifting and positive book all about Kundalini yoga. Maya writes with passion about how yoga has changed her life and helps her stay calm in an increasingly demanding information overloaded culture. I have recently started a kundalini class and this book really brings it to life and gives me the insight and depth I was hoping to find but it is written in a very grounded, down to earth clear way. There are many practical kriyas and exercises and mantras to try and a bonus of recipes! I particularly like the way Maya has divided the sections into the chakras and the beautiful colours and pictures put a smile on my face everytime I open it.
