Directions For Use 
For Weight Loss: Two meals should be substituted with a meal replacement. 1 x 60g (2 scoops) to replace each of the 2 meals. Mix the 2 scoops thoroughly with water and drink. Your other meal should be well balanced. 
For Weight Maintenance after weight loss: one meal per day should be substituted with a meal replacement. 
 
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician. 
 
Each tub contains – 20 x 60g servings.

Was really excited to try this and was so very disappointed. The shake tastes absolutely vile! I've tried on several occasions to drink the whole shake but I can only stomach half of it before I gip. It is full of added sweeteners and has a lot of sugar in it as the last reviewer said. I definitely do not recommend this product. Buy something else guys.
