Does anyone else have a similar problem? Love the wax when I am able to get any out.** A: The packaging has a spring loaded pump mechanism. Depressing the top deposits a small amout of product in you hand (about the size of a 5p piece). It is a concentrated product so this has been done to prevent the over use of product. If you need more then it's easy to pump out extra. A wee tip; If ever you feel you've applied too much, rubing your hair with a clean dry towel will help remove excess product. This is one of our best selling products in the label.m styling range. We haven't experienced any problems with the packaging our end. Have you pruchased this from us already? **Q: Is it too shiny or semi matte?** A: Sorry for the delayed response! This has got a slight sheen to it so we wouldn't regard it as matte when describing it. That said, it's not a high gloss product either. I've used this wax for just under a year, I've tried all sorts and paid a pretty penny when I total it all up, even "Fish", but even that started to flatten my hair, then I was told about Label M. I find it is expensive, BUT, it's light, non grease, very little is needed, it holds all day even when my hair has been blown about its holds and just to reshape my style I just finger pull the hair and it done, just brush it out when your ready for bed if you want, tip...if fingers are run through your hair they don't get stuck ;-)...lol My reason for dropping a start is that you cannot tell when it's empty, you go to pump the cap and it doesn't come out.....
