Tried it out today in work and I made my coffee at around 4:30am and it was still pretty hot at around 8am and started to cool down to warm at around 9am so you can get a fair few hours of hot coffee with regular sipping without losing much of the temperature as long as it's sealed between drinks. The capacity is great, just like my other coffee flask I make around 400ml of coffee each morning but in my old flask, it wouldn't stay warm as long as it does in this one. I wasn't sure of the snapseal at first but it works great, no spills and the way it makes the opening narrow while open, it gives small sips and if knocked over, it'll only let out a small amount in that time. The mouth piece is nice to use too.
