Und bestimmt hat man zwischen zeitlich geglaubt, die elektrischen Öffner machen alles besser. Nur das diese genauso verdrecken und noch schwieriger zu reinigen sind. Dieser Öffner ist anders, die Technik ist genial. Ein Bügel fixiert die Dose, während ein massives Rad gegen den Außenrand der Dose drückt. Hierbei wird genau der gegenteilige Effekt zum Verschließen der Dose (durch den Hersteller) erreicht. Nach einer ganzen Umdrehung hebt der Öffner den gesamten Deckel gratfrei ab. Es gibt also keine scharfen Kanten, am herausgehobenen Deckel kann man sich nicht schneiden. Klingt alles genial, oder? Es gibt allerdings einen kleinen Nachteil. Das Drehen der Dose nach Ansetzen des Öffners ist wirklich nicht für kleine Hände oder gar Kinder geeignet. Diese haben schlichtweg zu wenig Kraft, die Doser über ihren kompletten Durchmesser zu drehen. Um evt. Frust entgegenzuwirken, kann alternativ der Hausherr als helfende Hand zur Seite stehen. Fazit: ein tolles Prinzip, gefahrloses Öffnen von Dosen - wenn man die Kraft dazu hat. ### ⭐ So sicher dank völliger Funktionslosigkeit! Heute war es soweit, dass ich die Dose mit Schraubenzieher und Hammer öffnen musste, da der super sichere Dosenöffner rein gar nichts mehr schneidet...Immerhin das Versprechen wurde eingehalten - was nicht schneidet wird auch nicht gefährlich...Wenn man 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich auch das gerne tun.Wer das Ding kauft, ist selbst Schuld... ### ⭐ Leider nicht so toll *by M***M on Reviewed in Germany on 15 April 2018* Da ich viele Futterdosen mit Aufziehlasche zu öffnen habe, dachte ich, dieser Öffner sei dafür geeignet, da ich hier keine Angst vorm Festhängen an der Lasche haben müsste.Diese Annahme stimmt.Nur leider kann ich nicht an einem Stück fortlaufend drehen und schon beim ersten Ausprobieren hängte sich der Öffner an einer Stelle auf und war nicht zu bewegen, dort wieder einzusetzen und weiterzudrehen.
