Too early for me, since I purchased, to know if once opened the tube can last several months or year/s without deteriorate. In my experience I found Loctite 608 Hysol an extremely good crystal clear epoxy glue for my needs. Maybe needs a different packaging for sure, even though I am not a fan of syringe packed epoxies. By the way, any glues go bad easily if not handled with care. Make sure you do not interexchange the caps!!! About this very possible issue, due the fact the both tubes have two very close in tone of yellows, the Manufacture should use not just a white and black cap but also two more distinctive colors for the tubes to help visually avoid the possible mistake of interchanging the caps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong, easy to use. *by T***J on Reviewed in the United States on 20 June 2022* I have used a product made by the same co. for many years. It will bond almost anything and is great to repair damaged plastics in automotive needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Real 5 minute epoxy *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on 4 October 2020* Hysol 608 is a real 5-min epoxy. It will start setting up as the 5 minute mark approaches. It appears to form high-strength, reliable bonds. Unfortunately, I purchased this to repair lifted copper pads on PCBs. In this application, I could not get small amounts of Hysol 608 to maintain bonding up to my preferred soldering temp (260c). If you can work at lower temps, it *may* suffice.
