We all took these from a few days before our trip and continued throughout the holiday. Despite travelling long haul (14+ hours) both ways and spending the holiday with poorly nephews with their overseas germs, no one got sick. I bought the plain baby probiotics from the same brand for my toddler who also remained healthy. We'll definitely continue to use these going forward. The capsules are very small, easy to take and don't leave any aftertaste. Highly recommended.

A: The capsules are smaller in size but seem to be as effective as the previous version.

**Q: Are these suitable for vegans?**
A: Hi there, I'm afraid this particular product isn't. It is vegetarian, but also one of the OptiBac Probiotics range that may contain tiny traces of dairy. Some of our probiotic strains are originally cultured on a basis of organic dairy & soy before being extracted; therefore not recommended for those who are strictly vegan or allergic to dairy.The whole range is suitable if you are lactose intolerant. However, if you are strictly allergic to dairy then it's recommended that you stick to For every day, For every day EXTRA Strength, For those on antibiotics, Bifidobacteria & fibre, For women or Saccharomyces boulardii, all of which are officially & completely vegan. I wouldn't be without this product. Initially I bought it for 2 reasons; I kept catching every illness going and IBS related issues. It works amazingly on both fronts. My tummy issues have all but disappeared and my illness level has definitely gone down. It's obviously not a miracle worker and I am sometimes still Poorly but not to the extent I was. I have this on subscribe and save, which is great as I don't need remember to order it as I wouldn't panic if this wasn't available! Would recommend to everyone
