Beldray BEL0534 Steam Surge Pro Generator Iron Station, 2400 W, Black [Energy Class A]

At halve the price of most of these Irons I was sceptical but then I don't iron a lot so thought worth the punt.I am so pleased I did this is great and works a treat a good weight two. the only down side is the cable connectingthe water tank to the Iron is quite Bulky and not very moveable but once you get used to it, it doesn't interfere withthe ironing.

Steam button failed after 6 months, just realized Amazon do not have a contact us or compliant form and going to ur order is either buy again or review, Rubbish product. had 3 steam generating irons in last 4 years 3 different manufacturers Bosch didnt even reply to 3 e mails.Oh and the replacement sent from Beldray under warranty has lasted several months and same fault again steam button failed.Have you ever tried contacting Amazon customer support, it hidden under layers of menus great company if it goes well a pain in the butt when faulty goods after 30 days

Within 2 weeks the item being used, it began to give off a horrible smell - I was even using filleted water to fill up the tank for the steam and there is this odd yellow mess seeping out the iron plate, it is spoiling all my cloths and smells terrible to the point that I can not use it any more. So disappointed I really want a refund.

This was fantastic value and is a great buy. I have had a steam generator iron before (dropped the iron too many times when carrying and broke it) but this is much more superior and half the price. It heats up quickly and once you have activated the steam for the first time, it is not noisy at all - my older iron was very very noisy and you couldn't watch TV/hold a conversation or iron in company. It generates fantastic steam and pressure and makes bone dry cotton shirts a breeze to iron. The carrying handle is great and the iron doesn't fall off when moving it from the cupboard to the ironing board. Being able to store the cable is also very handy. Would highly recommend this iron.

Wife well pleased as it works like a dream a lot safer than Russell Hobbs that fell to bits while she was using it, the cover that covers the mains wires fell off from the iron, she did have the iron for over a year, we did send it to Russell Hobbs to look at just in case it happened to another person, and the result was that they said she must have dropped it. Load of rubbish, the part where the screws go into like 2 holding stubs had melted. Could of given the wife a nasty electric shock.

Does what it's supposed to do and does it very well. My only comment is the lack of water spray, but to be fair, with the amount of steam generated, I don't find myself needing it.

I have been using this iron for two months and I have to date not found anything bad to say.It is convenient, easy to use and works very well. I use normal filtered water and other than a little spluttering right in the beginning, the steam is effective and strong. I would recomend this iron to other customers

The steam isn't too great compared with the other generators I have had in the past although I was used to paying between 100-200 for them and they only ever lasted just over a year so I opted to spend less and it is definitely inferior to the more expensive ones. The handset is a lot heavier than I am used to as well.
