I believe most frames are adjustable, the small - medium could be too small for a larger heads. My s/m is a bit tight depending on where the glasses sit on my nose. Clics, to me, seem easier to use than readers with a strap for some reason. I would recommend Clics to anyone needing readers, especially if you are constantly putting them on and taking them off.
