Good luck **Q: Is this the best fuel stabiliser for a 2-stroke 2.5hp mercury outboard?** A: I have 115hp Yamaha outboard. I dont think this is a stabiliser as such. I use it as a fuel enhancer and add to fuel for normal use. I use the Sta-bil Storage liquid when I leave the boat which can be for four or five months. Had problems before I used it but now engine starts however long its left. I'd recommend both and use them as appropriate. **Q: Is this safe to mix with lead substitute additive already being used in the fuel tank of the car?** A: I will say so as this is only a fuel stabiliser and water moisture repellent. This is mainly used on boats giving the higher humidity content. **Q: Is 1oz to 10gals in american gallons** A: Hi David, I am a regular user of this product. The dosage instructions state 1oz to 10 US gallons or 30ml to 38 litres. There are "oz" and "ml" markers on the bottle neck so it is very easy to measure and use. You don't have to be exact if you have an unknown quantity in a tank. This product works very well and is used in my collection of classic cars and bikes as they are run in rotation.
