As I required one for combat sports I was advised to have one made at the dentist as it would be more comfortable. However it was so expensive (£150 in my area) I thought I d look for another one online and researched on google how to get used to it. I saw a good review on this one - tried it last night and decided that I d give myself 2 weeks to get used to it - watched my breathing ( to relax ) as I read gagging can be overcome this way - I prayed too to increase my faith that this time it would work. I moulded it yesterday and felt it was easier than before - i did not gag as quickly - so I gave myself time as I was told it needs patience . This morning I have been wearing this all along while writing this review and zero gagging. I did not even need to trim it.! There are 2 in the pack - they are not exactly same size - try both before moulding it to see which one is closer to your size but do not worry if it does not seem to exactly match as you can reshape it while moulding . Are you asking "How long does the guard last?". If so, then it depends on the user. For me, my son has used it since February 1, 2016 and it is still usable. And I say that because he for some strange reason he chews it, but I am satisfied that that the guard is still capable of protecting his teeth for quite some time. **Q: Can I use these for bottom and top as teeth whitening trays?** A: Im not 100% sure but I do not suggest it, I think it fits best just as a mouth guard **Q: Can these be wear with braces?** A: you can but i wouldn't because when you get your braces tightened the mold won't fist to your teeth anymore **Q: Can you talk clear with the mouth guard in????** A: Yes.
