It arrived quickly and was well packaged, with assembly instructions included. Good points Sturdy construction Well padded top that is comfortable for hours of use at a time Wide range of height adjustments - this has the widest range of any I looked at . Good price compared to other similar products. Exact same one used at the local health centre. Bad points The height adjustment mechanism leaves the legs a bit sloppy, so they twist around a bit. The ends on the legs are a little sharp, and could have been rounded off a little further, or the ends covered with plastic caps instead of inserts; catch a toe and it hurts! No foot height adjustment, if using on a hard,/uneven floor, this is possibly going to wobble/rock.
