The powder is quite sweet, and no matter how many times I blend it, I can still feel the texture in my mouth—it doesn’t fully dissolve into a smooth shake. The soy taste is also quite strong, which might not be for everyone. That said, I found a way to make it work! I mix half a scoop with ¾ cup of soy milk and a shot of espresso, blend it well, and pour it over ice. This makes a delicious, creamy drink that I really enjoy. If you’re looking for a smoother protein shake, this might not be the best option, but with the right mix, it can be quite tasty. Would I repurchase?
