## Description

Mull is an open weave, stiff, starch-sized cloth, crucial in the construction and strength of a book. It is sometimes known as 'Tarlatan', 'Crash' or 'Super'. Use this premium quality cloth for adhering the bookblock (which is the papery part of the book!) to the case of the binding (the front and rear covers). Sold in 455 x 500 mm (19 3/4 x 20 inches) sheets which is enough to make/repair many books. Mull is sent flat and folded.

Worked well with traditional paste. I liked the way that when dry it folded crisply, allowing you to fit the mull accurately against the spine of the book. Plenty here for lots of books.
