Securely packed. Looks to be a well made product (nothing loose, looks the same as the apple battery I took out, even the supplied screwdrivers are of reasonably quality). Fits perfectly in 13" MBA2012 - easy to fit. No issues with installation as this model opens and holds the battery with screws only, and no issues with trackpad operation (which seems to have been reported on some other replacements). Only a couple of cycles in so far, MacOS reports capacity is 7000mAh (so capacity appears to be that of brand new cells), battery life is consistent with this.
