A: Yes to onion and No to garlic

**Q: does it work with noodles as noodle soup base?**
A: It’s a stock so fairly salty. I do use it for the base to noodle soup, however add other ingredients too. I definitely recommend

A: Yes , this is the low formal.

Nothing bad to say , it tastes great and yes it dose taste like chicken, perfect. Just one thing to mention ,don't buy the catering big can of same brand & product as I did , it tasted nasty, dish water or a spoon full of milk in a pint of water
