As I have a really hairy rat that hates having his coat brushed** A: I have the mini tangle teaser, it’s still quite large compared to a Rat’s size. It may work but I’d see if there’s a tangle teaser comb or maybe a smaller kids version. Sorry but that’s all I can think of unless you could ask a Vet practice then look online for suitable brush. **Q: does this come boxed? thanks** A: Yes it comes in a clear case. Nicely presented for a gift. I gave the one I bought to my daughter and she keeps it in her handbag. She thinks it is wonderful. **Q: Other reviewers mention how small this is and they use it on children. Is this suitable for adults?** A: My daughter is 14 and 5'6 so the same size as an adult. She uses this daily as it is compact enough to take with her to school. I have also used it with no problems. It is more compact obviously than the full size brush but still works perfectly well. **Q: Can I use this on my collie?? She has quite fine but frizzy fur!** A: You may want to check out our Pet Teezer range, as these are created by Tangle Teezer but specifically for pets! :) ## Frequently Bought Together - Tangle Teezer The Original Detangling Brush, Dry and Wet Hair Brush Detangler for All Regular Hair Types, Pink Fizz - Tangle Teezer Original Detangler Brush, Dry & Wet Hair Brush for Color-Treated, Fine & Fragile Hair Types, Mint Violet - Tangle Teezer Original Detangler Brush, Dry & Wet Travel Size Mini Hair Brush, for Kids & All Hair Types, Rainbow The Unicorn --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49160275-original](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49160275-original) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
