I think because he can see out and doesn't feel too enclosed, he relaxed. Getting him out at the vets was a different story though.!!I'm very pleased with this cat cage Thank you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect *by J***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 July 2011* I really love these cat baskets, they are strong and secure and a great size for cats, large enough to give them a little space, but small enough to keep them secure and not 'knocked about' on the move.My favourite thing about these carriers, compared to other wire ones, is that the 'holes' are large enough to get (even adult) fingers through, so you can stroke your cat with your fingertips whilst they are in there.Also, as the wire 'holes' are large enough to get fingers through, if you have a particularly heavy cat or need to keep them really level, you can use both hands to carry the basket by putting your fingers though the sides, rather than using the handle.I also find 'top loader' carriers the easiest, and also safest if a pet should be injured, as you do not need to 'squeeze' them in.I would highly recommend this product for all of the above reasons, and now have 2 as I think they're so great. Oh, and the method to close and secure the basket is great. Quick and easy to 'lock' the lid, and also quick and easy to open again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality and The Right Size for a Large Moggy! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 March 2015* Good and robust.
