Very uplifting, almost spiritual book. Very enchanting. Would buy again as another gift.

Visually very beautiful book - just lovely. Bought as a Xmas present for my nearly 14 yr old niece. Lots of illustrated pages and loads of motivational quotes (but nice ones not corny ones!) and questions about how you see the world, what you want to achieve and how you can do it etc. This would be perfect for teenage girls btwn about 12-16 ish who are going through that difficult managing emotions stage or would also be nice for adults wanting a new start, or someone who has experienced a great knock to their confidence/self worth as a good place to assess their life and emotions. Very uplifting, almost spiritual book. Very enchanting. Would buy again as another gift.

I bought one for myself and I've ended up buying three more for a few of my friends! It's so well written, with beautiful quotes and illustrations. Gives exercises that are both thoughtful and interesting. Would highly recommend!
