BEWARE AND TAKE A INFORMED DECISION ON PURCHASING HAVELLS BLDC FANSHere are my objectives observations:1) Fan works well - it is silent and effectiveBut-1) HORRIBLE after sales service2) Fan stopped working suddenly 7 months after purchasing3) Customer care is an experience in itself! They will read out the script provided to them endlessly without giving ANY useful information4) My fan did not get repaired or even attended to despite a so called “urgent” complaint Havells said they had taken!5) For a fan this expensive to have after sales service like described above is nothing short of cheating.BEWARE AND TAKE A INFORMED DECISION ON PURCHASING HAVELLS BLDC FANS
