Healthy! Weird to a westerner but worth it! *by J***E on 12 May 2022* Ordered this product as a bit of an experiment. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Was all clean and new on arrival. I'd read on previous reviews that the top of the stool is a little narrow and wont take a whole foot and this is correct. The stool doesn't come with a user guide so nothing is explained you just have to experiment a bit to get the idea. I read the whole profile of the stool before I bought it and it does exactly as advertised. It changes your posture by raising your feet....while your sitting on the toilet seat. I cant imagine teetering on this stool to do a normal squat it wouldn't be safe. So don't start thinking that this is what this stool will help you to do. Although I imagine you could do it I wouldn't feel safe doing so.Overall ten out of ten. I think this has really improved my health. Reduced the amount of time i spend in the bathroom and streamlined my chocolata highway so nothing gets left behind.
