They are lifetime guaranteed I bought a set of their rectangular ones first but returned them and all of mine under my RV. Are these round ones because I have snap pads on my stabilizers with the round ones the snap pad utilizes the whole surface. With the rectangle ones the snap pads hang off the sides of it and it puts all the load on just the center.

Very solid and the magnets are a great idea. Just click them onto the feet of your RV and they come down with the jacks. You don't have to worry about lining them up if they were just sitting on the ground. They make your RV more stable because your jacks aren't over extended.
