I wear the size L whatever size I am, they fit great. Stretchy but not loose or baggy. If you're losing weight you'll probably be fine with the smaller size, they will fit you if you are a bit bigger I think. Hope that helps! X **Q: Do they have a vpl? and do they make your thighs bulge outwards because they're too narrow on the thigh cut?** A: I’m perhaps not the best person to ask about vlp as my clothes are all loose fitting but I can say they are smooth, fit very well with no tight elastic around the waist or around the legs. They are so comfortable. I am a size 16/18 and the large size are perfect. Hope this helps ! **Q: Size 14? What should I get L or XL?** A: I'm a 16/18 and went for XL they fit well. I don't like pants too tight **Q: 2nd question. I do a lot of hiking. Do these rub or chafe at all during exercise?** A: The exercise I do is mainly pilates and hiking, so nothing like running or cycling for example, however I have found these pants to be very comfortable. I think they're unlikely to chafe. ## Frequently Bought Together - PULIOU Womens Knickers Ladies High Waisted Cotton Underwear Panties Briefs Full Back Coverage Comfy Stretchy Slight Tummy Contorl Multipack of 5 - coskefy Underwear Women, High Waisted Cotton Knickers Ladies Full Briefs Soft Panties Slight Tummy Control Pants 5 Pack - TMANI Underwear Women High Waisted Long-Staple Combed Cotton Knickers Ladies Full Coverage Briefs Panties 5 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/491854418-womens-knickers-ladies-high-waisted-cotton-underwear-panties-briefs-full](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/491854418-womens-knickers-ladies-high-waisted-cotton-underwear-panties-briefs-full) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
