Small enough to fit in a backpack or locker. Great for anyone who likes to take naps at thier work/school desk or table. Hole in the middle works same as a massage pillow to let you breath comfortably while blocking out ambient light from your surroundings. Places for your arms and optional filler for hole if you sleep on top and want a full surface. Great buy, very useful.

I love it! It fits my nose and mouth through the hole for breathing when facing down. I wouldn't recommend this for people who want to use this for eye surgery recovery because it partly covers my eyes; this is fine for me though, because I plan to use it for desk napping and airplane travel and the darkness of the hole will be perfect for napping in bright areas. The only reason I give it a 4/5 star is because it came with a really strong, chemical smell. I'm going to air it out for a day or two before I plan on sticking the cover in the wash.
