Review: Perfect for armchair visitors... - I'm an interested amateur in the works of FL Wright and got to visit several in the States (including the wonderful Robie House) a couple of years ago but sadly, a planned visit to Fallingwater had to be postponed (I won't say cancelled!).....so in reviewing this book I have to admit, I've yet to see the real thing! So, my opinion is that of an armchair visitor. It's a fascinating book on the design and building of Fallingwater, with - for me - just the right amount of background on the personalities involved in the build, how the project changed and adapted during build, and with a good range of photos showing different stages of construction. I understand there are more comprehensive books available but for me this struck a good balance in terms of the detail it provided - perhaps when I get to finally visit I'd seek a more extensive tome but for now, it's perfect.
Review: Fascinating - So many interesting details about the build of this iconic house, and full of interestin photos you don't normally see that give such a feel for the place.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for armchair visitors...

I'm an interested amateur in the works of FL Wright and got to visit several in the States (including the wonderful Robie House) a couple of years ago but sadly, a planned visit to Fallingwater had to be postponed (I won't say cancelled!).....so in reviewing this book I have to admit, I've yet to see the real thing! So, my opinion is that of an armchair visitor.
