Celebrating almost 100 years of coffee production, Las Nubes is still one of the standard-bearers for quality in the region, placing special emphasis on improvement in processing and experimentation with varieties and other innovations. It's a good Arabica flavour not too strong or too weak. Quite rare to find on sale and so I was pleased to find this variety. It works well in a filter coffee machine especially with soft water or bottled spring water.
