## Description

A steamy and hilarious standalone romance from New York Times best-selling author Samantha Towle.I’m used to being in charge. In and out of the office. So, when my parents go behind my back and hire a co-CEO to help me manage my family’s business, let’s just say, I don’t take it too well.Especially not when the woman they’ve hired is the one girl who hated my guts in college. She thinks I’m an overprivileged, womanizing man-whore. I think she’s an uptight, stuck-up bitch. And, now, she’s here, in my office, telling me how to run my company.I don’t think so.It doesn’t matter that she has legs that go on for days or that I keep imagining bending her over my desk and showing her just how bossy I can be. I’ve worked my ass off and paid my dues to get to where I am, and she’s not taking it from me.No freaking way.Morgan Stickford is about to learn the hard way that Wilder Cross is the only boss around here.

Review: Wild about Wilder...and wish I was Morgan lol! - Whoaaaaaa! This book was more than sizzling hot - it was scorching! I'm wild about Wilder who I am sure will take his place on the top book boyfriends list. He's unapologetically sexy. His arrogance levels are off the charts and his ego is the size of Chicago where he lives. Nevertheless, all these factors make him utterly adorable. You would expect such a character to make the reader screw up their face in disdain but not Wilder - he's too cute and has many redeeming factors. Admittedly, most of them revolve around his bedroom skills but hey, I'm not complaining. Under Her is an extremely graphic novel. Samantha Towle historically has never vied away from writing sexy stories, but she has definitely taken it up several notches with this one. The books charts the progress of the dynamic between Wilder and Morgan. Wilder is the heir to a mega successful lingerie company but his parents unexpectedly bring on board a co-CEO when they retire in the form of Morgan. Wilder and Morgan went to the same college but have not seen each other for several years during which time Morgan has morphed into the most beautiful and sexy woman Wilder has ever laid eyes on, and for a man who beds a different woman every weekend, this is saying something. The story of how Wilder seduces Morgan is highly amusing and utterly compelling. I loved it. I loved that the story is mostly told by Wilder and getting into his head while he tries to figure out why Morgan affects him so much was very entertaining. The sex was panty-melting - very appropriate considering that Under Her is a lingerie company. Even though this was a very light book compared with some of the author's other stories, I enjoyed it for just that. It was like a tonic to round off the summer holidays and perfectly pitched to titillate and tantalise without being too vulgar. Yup - loved it and definitely need more Wilder in my life!
Review: Under Her will have you laughing out loud from the first few pages; it was absolutely HILARIOUS! - I absolutely adored this book, and from the moment I started reading it I could NOT put it down, and from the very first chapter I was hooked and enjoying every moment of reading Under Her. Told entirely in our male lead's POV, Wilder Cross is ready to take over as CEO of his family lingerie business, Under Her Lingerie, but he gets the rug pulled out from under him when his parents go behind his back and hires a co-CEO for him to work with. What makes this news even worse is that the new co-CEO is Morgan Stickford, the woman who despised him in college and didn't bother to hide her dislike of him to anyone. But when he does see her again, he can't help but notice how much she's changed since college, and even though he wants her gone so he can run the company by himself, he wants her in his bed and under him more. Under Her is an enemies-to-lovers, slow burn, forbidden, romantic comedy. Forbidden for the fact that Wilder, even though he's a complete manwh*re, doesn't date or sleep with his co-workers, and since Morgan is co-CEO, she's therefor a co-worker. Slow burn because Wilder instantly wants Morgan from the start, but since she's his co-worker, he's subjected to look and not touch. Enemies-to-lovers since Morgan "hated" him in college, and at the beginning of this book (and as the story goes on) both main characters butted heads a lot. And romantic comedy because this book was romantic, and it really was absolutely HILARIOUS! There were times throughout this story where both Morgan and Wilder did annoy me, and many times I cringed at Wilder's inner monologue; I also found the story to be a bit predictable, especially with what happened towards the end of the book, but besides all that - and those are my reasons for the four star rating - I did enjoy this book. It was a quick read, probably for the fact that the chapters were short, so I was pretty much flying through this book, but with the humour, the romance, and just everything that happened throughout Under Her... I adored it all, and I'm truly surprised by how hilarious this book is. If you're having a bad day and are looking for a book that'll have you laughing your head off and leave you smiling from ear to ear by the end of the story, then this is the book for you!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The brilliant Samantha Towle!! 5*+
*by M***6 on 26 September 2017*

Under Her... it's brilliant from the very first page. It's cheeky, confident, cocky and steamy and it's all Wilder Cross... he's all of those. Samantha Towle has given us some great stand alone stories and this is absolutely one of them. Morgan's always had a secret crush on Wilder but she hates him for the way he behaved towards her during college. Wilder on the other hand was totally oblivious believing Morgan didn't like him for what ever reason, so it was a bit of a love hate situation, that was a long time ago though. You can imagine his surprise when Wilder is told that Morgan will be his Co-CEO he's not happy understandably, he feels betrayed but it makes sense to bring a female onboard, with Wilder's parents retiring, the male/female partnership is important for the lingerie business to thrive. This is so funny, the night before meeting Morgan for the first time in about nine years, you might know Wilder gets himself into a situation that he could do without. He's running very late, I'm laughing but wait until he walks into the office to meet Morgan... oh dear some things never change. As the storyline continues so does Wilder's infatuation towards Megan, it gives you mixed emotions and even more so when Megan thinks back to her College days, I was waiting for her to call him out on his actions. You are kept absolutely riveted to everything that is Morgan and Wilder but when you get towards the end chapter 36 the bomb is dropped you don't expect what happens next... it's a horrible moment, especially for Morgan, nasty and hurtful words are spoken all from Wilder and you have to wonder how will their relationship ever survive this. From this point on It becomes a painful and emotional time. Wilder almost blew his chances.! Loved the epilogue... loved Under Her.!
