Compared to more expensive version apparently these are much better, the pret cut strips are helpful, stretch and stay in place well and I’ve been asked to buy more of same. I was concerned that being in precautionary lengths this might cause a problem but I used it as a knee support and for plantafascitis with no problem. As mentioned elsewhere you need to start and end the taping when it isn’t stretched. When done well, I found it stuck for days, even having got wet on two occasions. It's very good, just ensure you follow the application instructions carefully and it will stay put for days. Highly recommended. **Q: Is this good for Osgood-Schlatter?** A: Try not to overload it . And yes I would say is a really good idea to try the kinesiolgybtape when you are training 😊 **Q: What is the width of the tape is it 2.5cm or 5cm or 7.5cm ?** A: The tape is 5cm wide in a continuous roll ie not perforated into measured lengths. **Q: can i wear this in the bath?** A: Yes, I have worn it in the bath and the shower.
