I have been exercising too. My thighs circumference has reduced 2cm and really tightened, toned and reduced my belly. There is 2 types of fat reducing creams by Eveline cosmetics I have used both. The "warming" one and the "cooling" one. I prefer the "cooling" one, because its lovely, cooling and nice. It is a pleasure using the cooling one every single day. I noticed results from day 1, and now 3 weeks in amazing. Belly has really reduced and firmed. The "warming" ones work for fat burning and quicker results I found. But I don't like the "hot" sensation. Like if you bend your belly feels burny as it's burning the fat. For quicker results use the "warming" fat cream. For a cream that takes a wee bit longer (month), but is a pleasure to use daily go for "cooling" fat cream. Avon also sell them. Nip and Fix also sell them. That's when you put the skinny cream on your thighs. Then wrap your thighs in cling film and go walk about all day. Never done it. Meant to work miracles. I just use the skinny cream on my belly. I don't personally feel any heat with this cream it just feels really cold on me ( I must be weird) I have tried after a shower, after a hot shower and even a lot later after I have had a shower, I have rubbed it into my skin and got a slight reaction (cold) I have really massaged it into my skin and again a bit more reaction (but still cold) I have rubbed it hard into my skin and the only warmth I got was from the friction of my hands rubbing for so long (then again a cold sensation) However the cream is really nice and I have used for a few weeks now, it smells slight minty and clinical but nothing unpleasant, it absorbs well and It does make you skin feel smoother and hydrated for longer so that is a plus result, I use this on my arms and belly area and the cream does appear to help with the skin dimpling side of things but I am 61 so don't expect a miracle as mother nature is doing he thing. I am not saying this cream is rubbish because it does moisturise... I think the description is a bit extreme and promising too much, for the price though I am willing to keep buying it as in this warm weather personally it is quite cooling (maybe I am doing something wrong?)
