**Q: Is this a hard case?**
A: It is a case not hard and not soft. Good enough that if dropped it will not damage contents. Hope it helps.

**Q: What is internal size of this case, i.e what size of portable hard drive will it hold?  And what is the external size, too?**
A: It is around 8x13cm inside and my hard drive is 7,5x11 so plenty of room. The external size is about the same. (i now posted a picture so you can see).

**Q: Interior Dinensions?**
A: 13cm Long by 8.5cm Wide.

**Q: Is this suitable for Toshiba HDTC720EW3CA Canvio 2.5 inch External Hard Drive?**
A: My hard disk is the WD my passport 2,5 inch and it fits very well in the case.As I can understand, your hard disk is exactly the same dimensions with mine,so I think it will fit the case!

I bought this case for the Seagate 2TB backup plus slim drive. Drive and cable fit in nicely, case is solid and offers good protection. I ordered four of these in black however received three black and one blue. Not a big problem and not bothered to return it.
