You need to know about Bullet Journalling before you can use this blank series of pages . Books and YouTube videos are good for this :  Ryder Carroll invented this method but other sources are easily found on the web.

It is not a great quality notepad but I guess you get what you pay for. For a starter journal it is OK but if I get into this way of journalling I would go for a thicker, better quality paper.
