Review: A good well made budget option. - After melting my last nylon spatula and many bad attempts at scraping off food with the nearest utensil I had left (a metal fish slice), I started looking for a replacement. I've bought a few KitchenCraft utensils before, so when I saw the price of this I decided to give it a try. I went for the metal handle rather than the soft grip option and I'm impressed with the quality feel and the flexibility in the blade. It bends well enough that I can get it to bend around the sides of my frying pan and it's blade is big enough that I can get it easily to the centre of the pan. It's not heavy, but it certainly doesn't feel cheaply made. The most telling sign is that so far, I haven't managed to melt it and if you knew my track record in the kitchen you would be impressed! I was looking for something exactly like that. It is comfortable to use when you want to take something small from the frying pan without scratching it and may be used to divide and spread too.
