The unit is a good size allowing me to wash and spin a couple of lettuce at one time and the strainer design built into the lid is ingenious. The inside of the lid was easy to clean. The only problem I had was the "knob" would make a horrible cracking noise when it was rotated. This week the knob finally came off in my hand, and although it fits back on, it keeps coming off and my hand gets stabbed, so its time to purchase a new one.
