So we bought this one - it works just as well as it's larger sibling, but it's a lot better to store. We initially chose OXO as they make some good quality items and these salad spinners are up there at the top. They're very well designed, with a sturdy basket and a useful bowl. Being able to lock the push mechanism in the down position makes it easier to store, and it comes apart easily to clean. The push down to spin is a great idea, especially if you have trouble with gripping a handle on a normal salad spinner. All in all, this is a great salad spinner. The only downside is the thin plastic disc on the bottom as if not careful you’ll lose altogether or at least in your cupboard!
