Turned it down to low and it held the heat steady at a cosy 19.6 degrees. Much, much cheaper than a gas fire to run. I cook in the van and the carbon monoxide meter didn't show any increase above usual. ( your risk indoors on this one) get a meter! Heat drains from unit after a few minutes of no gas but I still wouldn't touch it.
