This item was not easy to use, however, I have to tell you that the supplier has been wonderful and has contacted me and refunded the full amount of the product. I had not contacted him because I felt this was a flawed product and there was really nothing he could do to put it right but they have been very generous.I feel it should be stated tho that you have to hold the water carrier when you fill it in order for it to extend and it gets heavy. It's also hard to hold when pouring and the tap kept twisting.

Its Ok ...but top was not watertight when screwed on. I did return - sellers were very helpfull .....it may be that i just got the one in a hundred !
