The Carlisle 034403 black SAN large clamshell bowl is a dishwasher-safe buffet-sized bowl and is NSF listed. The styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) material is rigid and resistant to breakage as well as food oils and acids. The material withstands temperatures between 0 and 180 degrees F. The material is free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations. The overall dimensions are 19 x 12.87 x 8.50 inches (L x W x H), and it holds 5.20 qt.
