It had power but there was no "thud" when it turned it so i was sure the solenoid had given up.Order this solenoid and turned off the water and the power and then pulled out the old, pushed on the new and re connected the power. Turned on the water and power and voila, it now works again!For the price its great value, saved us £120 for a new shower and same again for the plumber.Really easy to fit, works a treat! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved us hundreds! My fiancé is a qualified plumber although he’s no longer in the profession so he felt confident he could change the solenoid himself. Paid for 2 day delivery but the item actually came next day by Royal Mail guaranteed by 1pm post - excellent service as there’s only so long you can go without a shower! Came with instructions which were easy to follow but we watched a YouTube video for our actual model just to have a visual instruction which was helpful too. Was an easy job taking no longer than 10 minutes start to finish and the shower now works as good as new! Pretty sure if we’d gotten someone round the probably would’ve said to replace the whole unit so I know this saved us hundreds of pounds! Thank you so much! Absolutely recommend this seller and recommend you give it a go if you’re competent! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This does work fine BUT *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 July 2020* OK to review this product, it works as intended and is a good and cheap way to get you shower working due to the common low pressure fault. The ShowerDoctor also provided helpful contact and information about fitting to my shower.Now to the shower - Triton Topaz T10Si - this is a lovely shower but no longer being sold. Triton were not very helpful taking over a week to get back to me after multiple attempts to get through to them and simply saying that they don't send engineers out for this model. Still most comments are it's an easy job - yeah right. In this unit this spare is right in the middle of the unit tilted slightly backwards, no way to replace it without taking the whole thing apart.Thankfully we found a local electrician who fits showers who could come the day after making contact who did the job plus a couple of related issues well and for a good price.
