Everbuild 405 is a 5-litre, solvent-free acrylic sealant designed to protect and enhance patios, paths, and natural stone surfaces. ## Description

From the manufacturer Surfaces must be free from grease, dust, loose material, algae. Shake well before use. Pour the product into a container. Apply using a long pile roller and tray orlow-pressure spray. Apply in two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats.

Review: Superb Path and Patio Sealer. - There is no point cleaning your Patio and Driveway, re-pointing or re-sanding without finishing off the job with a quality sealer. Having cleaned / sanded both Driveway and Patio I did some research and, having never resealed before, I decided to use the Overbuild 405 Product. It came well packaged in clear plastic bag to ensure any leakage did not escape and damage the packaging. I decided to apply the product using a Pressure Spray Wand, as I didn't have a Log Pole for a Roller and didn't fancy crawling around on hands and knees at my age. Point of advice, if using a Spray Wand, make sure you choose a day without any wind to ensure the product applies evenly. I set my spray nozzle to not quit the finest spray pattern and away I went...WOW, it was easy and applied evenly. It's easy to see where you spray /apply as the bricks/slabs change to a darker colour but they return to normal colour when dry. Also, if you apply too much you can see the product gives a slightly blueish tinge. One 5 Litre Bottle covered a double car Driveway easily and stops the sand from being washed away during rain or car washing events. I recommend x2 Coats but the second coat only needed half as much application so 5 Litres did both Driveway and Patio. Highly recommend this product to keep your hard work looking professional and long lasting...time will tell...🤔

**Q: Does this product add a wet look to the paving?**
A: Yep, most certainly does, my patio has a nice sheen to it now and it has really brought out the colour of the slabs, just a heads up though when the slabs do get wet, it becomes like an ice rink wearing certain types of footwear.

**Q: I’m looking to use this on an internal brick wall, does anyone know if it would be suitable & an approx gloss level on 1-10?**

**Q: Can it be used on slate?**
A: I have used this product in reconstituted stone, brickwork, quarry tiles and much more. I have always been pleased with the results. I have no doubt it would be fine on slate. It enhances colours and gives a very slight sheen. You can build this sheen with subsequent coats up to quite a gloss. Brushes wash out easily and thoroughly under the tap! I have had very good results by using a garden sprayer. It has virtually no smell.

**Q: Can i apply to grout that is used for tiles and is it heat resistant, if so up to what tempreture . Thanks**
A: Hi, 

This product is best used for Path and patios, Bricks, Concrete, stones etc. The product itself doesn't state a heat resistant temperature as this wasn't made for use internally. It does state not to use under 5 degrees externally.

Prep before applying is vital, I sprayed the product on a multi coloured patio goes on milky as described and dried fairly quickly leaving a revitalised patio, pleased so far. Also product was a lot cheaper than competitors.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product and excellent value

We wanted a sealer for our coping stones that gave an impervious surface coating to prevent staining, moss and algae getting a hold and to protect against bird lime. This works very well, is good value and is very easy to apply. After cleaning the coping stones using a pressure washer, we simply rollered the sealant into the surfaces. The first covers reasonably well but the second coat goes much, much further as the surface has already been sealed by the first coat. It doesn't change the colour of the stones once it's dried and gives a slight sheen to the surface. Bird droppings either wash off by rain or with a hose, or can be flicked off when dry.
