The first parcel arrived with the small bowl and 12 cups in tact. Unfortunately the large bowl was completely shattered. An email was sent and within moments a reply was received and a new bowl ordered. This arrived in tact and within the time scale provided. The product is lovely; exactly what we've been looking for. Very good value. Customer service excellent. Would certainly recommend both. Review: Very pretty punch bowl - Didn't realise I'd ordered this until I got an email saying it was on its way - I think I clicked buy without realising. Anyway ,all arrived well packaged & in one piece - its quite large but so pretty I've kept it - I just need to look up some punch recipes & put it through its paces - only thing I would say is that it would have been rather nice to have a glass ladle rather a plastic one . ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01LQ51I7Q | | Bowl Material Type | Glass | | Bowl material | Glass | | Brand | bar@drinkstuff | | Brand Name | bar@drinkstuff | | Capacity | 12 cups | | Colour | Transparent | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 139 Reviews | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | No | | Is the item microwaveable? | Yes | | Item Shape | Round | | Manufacturer | bar@drinkstuff | | Material Type | Glass | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Number of pieces | 1 | | Pattern | Striped | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Shape | Round | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Bowl material:** Glass - **Brand:** bar@drinkstuff - **Colour:** Transparent - **Number of pieces:** 1 - **Shape:** Round ## Images ![Glass Punch Bowl Set - 27 Piece Vintage Glass Punchbowl with 12 Punch Cups - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/915c8268ywL.jpg) ![Glass Punch Bowl Set - 27 Piece Vintage Glass Punchbowl with 12 Punch Cups - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/812EckyBKoL.jpg) ![Glass Punch Bowl Set - 27 Piece Vintage Glass Punchbowl with 12 Punch Cups - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/918tgAmsNPL.jpg) ![Glass Punch Bowl Set - 27 Piece Vintage Glass Punchbowl with 12 Punch Cups - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dhnLbDHRL.jpg) ![Glass Punch Bowl Set - 27 Piece Vintage Glass Punchbowl with 12 Punch Cups - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/715du1-ivPL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this suitable to keep warm mulled wine in?** A: We would advise that this item is suitable for punch or cocktails.
