The memory chips will get more heat from gpu! So 15mm of the 30mm width could be <1mm in thickness but the other side is 1.5mm.The very end of it was so thin (about 20mm worth) I can't even use it.Honestly a shame because I bought x2 120x30x1.5 and x2 120x30x3. So far I've only received one of each and they have the same problems, lucky enough buying multiples was so I could have spares.
