My daughter drinks it straight like a vitamin shot, but we can also easily mix it into her soya yogurt if need be. It has a sweet, fruity flavour which she loves, but for other children who may be resistant to drinking it, as it is a liquid it can be mixed into fruit drinks or, like we do, in yogurt. We recently had an issue with a batch which was fizzy and contacted the supplier who immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service! I can’t fault them. I do not think that yogurt or another type of food affects the content of the product. We add a little honey. **Q: Does it contain soya or dairy?** A: It only says suitable for vegetarians / I can’t tell whether it has hidden diary or soya, but looking at the ingredients it’s just loads of vitamins and vegetable extract. **Q: Is there omega 3 in there** A: No there isn't. But, in the nutrigen growing up kid's fish oil one there is. It contains vitamins and minerals as well. Roughly about same price as the very one. **Q: What is the flavour ?** A: Not sure, but it doesn't taste very nice.
