Review: Disappointed to say the least - Well I have tried and tried to season this pan/balti but with no luck finally decided to give up and throw it out today, the pan that arrived was not the one in the picture I should have realised something was a amiss then? fairly well made sturdy but it had a black finish not steel as expected despite several tries ( I have seasoned several other pans before) everything still sticks not a good pan avoid if you can

- The Karahi black iron wok is hand knocked, so the finish may not be fine around the edges as it is struck by hand. Safety: Never fill more than a third with deep frying oil
- Flat base for use on all hobs but not induction Please do not wash with detergents, wash only with warm water
- High quality product. Healthy cooking with natural iron. Karahi wok should be prepared and seasoned before use. Clean the Karahi wok first to remove the protective oil and rust, then dry completely. Now to seasoning, heat the Karahi wok for a few minutes until its entire surface is warm. Please follow the instructions on how to care for the wok from the instruction sheet that will be sent with the item
