THE BATTERY HAD A BLUE PANEL ON IT (SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRAY OR SILVER) AND LOOKED LIKE IT CAME OUT OF A DUMPSTER; ALL BEAT UP AND BENT. IT DIDN'T FIT IN THE M6500 DELL LAPTOP VERY WELL, BUT IT WENT IN. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO CHARGE, BUT FINALLY CHARGED AND SEEMED TO WORK OKAY. AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS, I TRIED POWERING UP THE LAPTOP WITHOUT USING THE POWER SUPPLY AND IT WOULDN'T GO UNLESS I USED THE POWER SUPPLY. I CONTACTED AMAZON ABOUT MY ISSUE AND RECEIVED A NOTE SAYING THEY WOULD CONTACT THE SELLER. 2 DAYS LATER, I GOT AN EMAIL WITH A RETURN LABEL. I ORDERED A GHU BATTERY AND RECEIVED THAT IN 1 DAY. IT WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT AFTER 2 WEEKS. I SENT THE DUMPSTER UNIT BACK OVER A WEEK AGO, BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED AS OF YET.
