Note that this product will disappoint you if you're looking for a soothing soft experience - this really is aimed at those that need a firm shiatsu massage at home to complement the real thing. Build quality is robust and I'm amazed at the value for money. The only issue I had was with the power connector that seemed to disconnect a little too easily, however after an unprompted email from the Zyllion team explaining that others had experienced the same issue, I realised that I needed to push the connectors a little more firmly until they clicked.
