Paid for itself already, very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A GOOD BUY BUT NOT QUITE PERFECT *by W***K on 20 May 2015* First ever circular saw and I only wish I had bought one years ago! This model is more than sufficiently powerful for my needs and is very easy to use. It has a nice feel to it in use and would appear to be solidly built. I would have given this 5 stars but for the fact that the scale for determining the blade angle does not seem to be very accurate. I had hoped to make a normal, square cut through a 40mm thick piece of wood but there was a noticeable angle to the cut surface. I made an adjustment which corrected this but the mark on the scale was not at the zero position where it should have been. I would suggest to anyone buying this saw to make some test cuts first and check the angles. Overall, for the money, I think this was a good buy. Only time will tell if it has staying power.
