**Q: Are the armrests adjustable?**
A: No but mine didn't even have the armrests that it was supposed to.  Very disappointed. Tried getting another one but it didn't come with arms either.

**Q: is the headrest removeable?**
A: The headrest is screwed in during assembly. It can be left off or unscrewed, but it’s not removable on its own.

**Q: What kind of screws and washers are used specifically? I’ve lost mine and need more**

**Q: Does the leg rest retract under chair? Just purchase led and can not get it to not hang out**
A: Yes it’s attached to the underside of the seat and then slides out and flips over.

Overall, I really like this chair! It looks sleek and professional in my home office, and the adjustable features (like the headrest and reclining back) make it super customizable. The size is perfect for someone with wider hips! (And there have been some times where there are two people sitting on it and it doesn't even creak, super sturdy!) My favorite part by far is the footrest - it's perfect for kicking back during breaks or when I want to recline and read. That said, after sitting for several hours, I do start to feel some discomfort. The seat could definitely use more cushioning for longer workdays. If you're someone who's at your desk for 8+ a day, you might want to add a seat cushion. Still for the price and its features, it's a solid choice and a big step up from basic office chairs!
