On the plus side; packed with protein and a small serve is very filling. But it's not quite pizza dough - would describe it as a tough fibre heavy bread.

Not my cup of tea at all. I'm on keto so was trying to find a pizza alternative. Once cooked had the same look/texture as the Amazon box it arrived in. Tasted like all bran, not for me I'm afraid.
