My 2 dogs are different breeds which means different coats (a shih tzu and a toy poodle). This shampoo left both my dogs with a shiny, smooth and very soft coats. The only other times their coats are that soft is when they come out of the groomers. I’ve used this brand on my dogs for the last couple years (purple shampoo for white dogs and oatmeal shampoo), their coats have always felt soft after using them, but this shampoo has left them even softer and smoother. 1 of my dogs has very sensitive skin but this has not irritated it at all. I’ve not really seen any of my dogs scratch after washing them. I had used a flea tablet before washing them so that could be why I didn’t see any fleas fall off.
